What are the delivery charges?

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
The delivery date may not align with the estimated timeline due to holidays observed by the Seller or our courier partners between the day you placed your order and the expected delivery date. If a holiday falls within the estimated delivery period, we may add an additional day to the estimated delivery date.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold by Sellers on Galaxy Mart?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Galaxy Mart. The listed prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you will pay. Delivery charges, if applicable, are not considered hidden charges and are based on the Seller's shipping policy.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each Seller?
You may notice varying estimated delivery times for different Sellers of the same product. Delivery times are influenced by:

The Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
To check if a product can be delivered to your location, please enter your pin code on the product page. If you haven't provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Why is the Cash on Delivery (CoD) option not offered in my location?
The availability of CoD depends on our courier partner's ability to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery, which may vary by destination. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy! Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible, our logistics partner will facilitate the pick-up of the item. If a pick-up cannot be arranged, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.
I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.
If you receive a delivery confirmation but did not receive your order, please report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation so the Seller can investigate.
What do the different tags like "In Stock," "Available," etc., mean?
In Stock: Items listed as "In Stock" will have a delivery time based on your location's pin code (usually 2-3 business days). For areas without standard courier service, orders may be sent via Registered Post, which can take 1-2 weeks.
Available: The Seller may not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed. Delivery time will depend on procurement and shipping time.
Preorder or Forthcoming: These items can be pre-booked and will be shipped on the official release date, reaching you in 2 to 6 business days.
Out of Stock: The item is currently unavailable for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to be informed when it is back in stock.
Imported: Items sourced from outside India may take at least 10 days or more for delivery.
Back In Stock Soon: The item is sold out but can be booked for future shipping.
Temporarily Unavailable: The product is currently out of stock but may be available soon.
Permanently Discontinued: The product is no longer available due to obsolescence or discontinuation.
Out of Print: The product is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.
